We need to ensure you find the most suitable property for your requirements, which is why we need some information from you. This includes your rental budget and the date by which you need to move as well as how many bedrooms you would like etc. When we have this information we can assist you in finding your perfect home. Viewings

Viewings can be conducted 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and out of hours viewings are available on request.

Contact will be made after your viewing to ascertain whether you are interested in renting the property, or have any questions relating to it.

The holding deposit will be returned to you should the Landlord withdraw from negotiations but if you withdraw the holding deposit will not be refunded. A holding deposit agreement is signed on placement of the deposit.

Utility Bills

Please be advised that tenants are expected to pay all utility bills during the term of their contract, which will include - Gas / Electric / Water / Council Tax.
